User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8a5) Gecko/20041111
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8a5) Gecko/20041111

The second time a tab is selected, the coresponding page is not shown. Seems
only to be a problem this this build. 1.7.3 works fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create at least 2 tabs. Let them both load. Call them A and B.
2.Look at A. Then look at B. Then go back and look at A.

Actual Results:
Even though you selected tab A, tab B is shown. If the page in tab A has some
animation, it will be shown along with the static parts of B, so you are looking
at bits of 2 pages at the same time.

Expected Results:
Show the tab selected even if the user has already seen it and nothing on it has
changed.

If you reload all the tabs, then the first time you look at any given tab all is
fine. The bug shows up when you go back and forth between tabs.
