Details

When importing MS OE settings with multiple POP3/IMAP4 accounts that use
*different* SMTP servers, the mapping between POP3/IMAP4 accounts and SMTP
servers is lost although SMTP servers themselves are properly imported and added
to the SMTP server list.

This can be quite confusing to MS OE users who are used to a notion that
POP3/IMAP4 accounts and SMTP servers go in pairs. To ease the transition from MS
OE to Mozilla-mail/TB,we need to preserve the mapping.

In addition, with the growing popularity of SPF and the increasing number of
SMTP servers (that don't do any relaying at all even after SMTP authentication),
Mozilla's model of one SMTP server for multiple accounts/identities doesn't hold
as well as before.
