We need to change the usage of onkeypress= to oninput=. According to Hyatt this will fix the cases where we need the value from the text field when the user is pressing the key.

Fix checked in. This can be tested by opening the New Address Book Card dialog and entering a first name. Set focus to the first name and press down a key and watch the key show up in the first name and the display name at the same time. Previously we were always one keystroke behind in the display name, now the display name is updated the instant the first or last name fields are changed.
