JavaScript:callRequiredPage hotlinks eg: Edit,Refresh in web page fail to
perform any action.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to http://www.freequotes.co.uk
2.try to click on [Edit] button on web page
3.nothing happens, when using netscape it works.

Actual Results:  Nothing happens
Expected Results:  Should jump to another web page.
Marking as dup of 21686 - we don't handle mixed-case protocol handlers
(JavaScript: rather than javascript:) - I think it's been fixed.
