if the webpage contains lines with more then 3640 chars/bytes per line then the
browser dosn't display this line...

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a html-file with 3641 chars in one line without new-line's
2. open the file
Actual Results:  
nothing displayed

Expected Results:  
show the line

on mac there not even the scrollbar shown
