Details

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Type to load HTTP://www.netscape.com
2) try again with http://www.netscape.com

Results:
An alert sating HTTP is not a registered protocol.

Expected:
http://www.netscape.com to be loaded.

I'm assigning this to UI becuase I think the UI should catch these problems and 
deal with them, but if the problem is at a lower level, reassign as nessecary.

To my knowledge this is already fixed in the latest builds. On which build was
this observed?
Originally on M13, but I reproduced it with the latest nightly less than an hour 
ago...
Really strange ... the code is definitly in (XP!) and on linux HTTP is moved to
http and the page loads fine. Can someone else check on NT?
NT is the platform I checked on....
I just tried it with the nightly build 20000020919 on WIN95 and it works fine. 
darkmane@w-link.net could you verify again?
Does not repro with last nights (2/10/2000) build....
There was something strange with that win32 builds, I had another bug reopened
only for win nt which could not be reproduced the next day. So I'm marking this
one fixed, reopen it, if you see this happen again.
