When I install FireFox, I receive this message:
Fatal Error [-618]: Couldn't open xpistub library

The progress bar is at:
libplc4.so


I'm running as root.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Install as Root in Konsole
2. choose directory
3. start install
4. fail

Actual Results:  
When I install FireFox, I receive this message:
Fatal Error [-618]: Couldn't open xpistub library

The progress bar is at:
libplc4.so

Expected Results:  
Installed FireFox
