27094 - No headers shown in message envelope area, or replies

Using 2000-02-09-08 on Windows NT

When I read a message in this morning's build, I don't see any headers in the
envelope area. Neither collapsing/expanding the toolbar nor resizing the window
causes them to show up. Worse, when I reply to a message, none of the headers
are picked up in the compose window.

If i understand what the envelope area is correctly, i've seen this on linux for
weeks, and there is a bug open on it... 25048

Is this a dupe?

I think this is different than bug 25048, but mscott would know for sure. One
reason I think it's different is that all of the IM stuff is shown in my
2000-02-09-08 build, and if dynamic overlays were broken, it wouldn't be.

My windows commercial and mozilla builds show headers just fine. My linux build
isn't done yet but Alec ha been reading his mail this morning using it and is
seeing the headers and the bodies too.

I'm still investigating.

Okay, i do see it on the release build when I use the installer. There's also a
problem where the thread pane is blank too..

I wonder if some one broke the packager....

I just figure out that this problem was the same thing that was plaguing I18N
this morning. Warren's checkin to intl/unconv broke us pretty badly. Putterman's
fix from 9am fixes the problem which is why I could only see this in the release
build and not my commercial or mozilla trees from before lunch.

Can't test for reply compose headers because of bug #27194.

From, Subject, Date, To headers are indeed displaying in the mail window
envelope areas.  However, some will disappear or display will overrun header
label while reading through -- this part covered in bug #27097.

Using 2000-02-10-08m14 commercial builds -- OK for envelope area. 
Will reopen if necessary when I check reply compose in next builds.
