Some site I use (http://www.n-tv.de) began using divs positioned absolutely with
flash content to place ads on the site, overlaying the "real" content. There is
a "closing" button in the ad, but it doesn't work.
Therefore it'd be great to have a "manager" like the popup-manager or the
cookie-manager to disable specific plugins and/or scripting interpreters for
selected sites, or a "default plugin/scripting starting policy", so you could
choose which plugins/scripting interpreters to start on which site.

So I could just disable any flash content for this specific site, blocking their
annoying flash ads which, if the close button doesn't work, prevent me from
reading the site.
