In pages that contains pictures, gifs, jpgs, pngs, etc... I can't see the
description text of the picture when I put my mouse over it.

This works fine for me in Firefox 1.0.  Any particular website that's doing this?

Moving this bug to the Firefox product, because this obviously isn't a problem
with Bugzilla, since Bugzilla doesn't do any of its own rendering ;)

Yeah, that's what I was suspecting, but we don't have enough information here to
determine that the reporter was actually looking at a page that was mis-using
ALT tags, or if he's run into a real bug with TITLE not showing up under some
condition.

Daniel, please provide a link to a site that demonstrates the issue. Like Dave
and Troodon mentioned, this is likely a duplicate of bug 25537.
