Details

In the current builds, dialogs are not centered and also they have to be brought 
into focus by clicking the icon on start bar. Please make them appear in the 
center like the mozilla splash window we see in the current builds.
dup of a previous center-on-screen bug, the z-ordering of the windows is another 
bug assigned to law.
