Browser Build: 2000020817 Reproducing the problem: Website http://www.tangente.at, click on Livecam. It opens a new window where the picture should be updated every 15 seconds. It seems to flicker, but after several minutes it still shows the same picture. Note: Netscape 4.7 at the same time is ok.
I think this is caused by bug 20201, but I'm not sure. The specified page has <meta http-equiv="pragma" content="no-cache"> in it, which seems to get ignored. As far as i can tell (can't get a console window, so not sure) the page gets reloaded at the right interval, but from cache in stead of the server.
reassigning browser-general bugs (again!) so triagers can find all the bugs with one query.
