In seamonkey & firefox trunk, the autoscroll icon that shows where you middle
clicked is incorrectly placed if you scroll down.  If you're at the top of the
page, it's placed correctly.  If you're scrolled down, the icon appears below
where you clicked - if you scroll an inch, the indicator is about 2 inches too
low.  This used to work, and I haven't changed autoscroll.
Testing this on Unix-ish platforms requires setting the "general.autoScroll"
pref to "true".  (It defaults to false there since middle-click is paste.)
My guess is that something is wrong related to the box object used in
showAutoScrollMarker in browser.xml.

Oh, and autoscroll *really* shouldn't be messing with the DOM of the page.
