sometimes the text and graphics in the left column overlap on the middle column.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.login to slashdot
2.go to http://slashdot.org/index.pl?issue=20041129
3.there u will see the problem

Actual Results:  
left column overlaps onto the middle column

Expected Results:  
left column should stay to the left.
ie does it right

i am using the default theme.
