The "open in tab" features do not seem to work anymore, like:
Open links from other applications in -> a new tab
Force links that open new windows to open in -> a new tab

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable "Open links from other applications in -> a new tab"
and/or
2. Enable "Force links that open new windows to open in -> a new tab"
3. Test the two options (opening a "_blank" link and/or open a link in ext progr)

Actual Results:  
A new Firefox window is created opening the new window link/external link.

Expected Results:  
Respect the tab settings and open a new tab when confired so.

That's because bug 172962 still needs trunk checkin.
So it's not broken by the aviary landing, it has never worked on trunk.
