When you hold the left mouse button (for example to drag and drop bookmark in
tab bar) and select user form from other tab appears, you cant click anything.
Only keyboard can be used to select user and login.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open one tab in which is login form in which you have more different login
2.hold down left mouse button imidetely
3.wait for the select user dialog

Actual Results:  
As soon as select user dialog appears u cant click anything


(maybe mouse pointer should be moving also to reproduce this bug)
