Auto filling in of stored userid and password leaves a dropdown hanging

After the auto fill-in of the userid and password, there is a drop down with the
the filled in userid sitting there left behind.  Since this was an automatic
fill-in it doesn't make sense for the dropdown to even happen at all.

I think this is a new thing in recent versions, as I can't remember this
except recently.

Happens everywhere, even on the Bugzilla password dialog.
