276722 - Long "Notes" on "Other" tab makes phone no. wrap in preview pane view (floating column widths)

If a long entry is made in the "Notes" box on the "Other" tab, this makes the
"Notes" field very wide in pane view, which causes the "Phone" field to wrap. It
should be possible for the telephone number to wrap, but I think that an effort
should be made to keep the telephone number on one line (not to allow it to
wrap) unless space is very tight. Perhaps this could be done by allowing the
"Phone" number field to wrap only if the "Notes" field has a width of fewer than
a certain number of characters.
Reproducible: always
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Address Book
2. Click on New Card button to create a test card
3. Enter telephone number and enough information to find card again
4. Click on Other tab
5. Add a lengthy note in the Notes box
6. Click OK
7. Make sure Address Book window is fairly big (give it most of the screen)
8. Find test card in pane view and examine lower right pane
What happens:
"Notes" field is allotted very great column width, but "Phone" field wraps.
What should happen:
Telephone number shouldn't wrap unless window is very small.

27 Sept 2005 tested on Mozilla 1.7.12 on Linux. Same problem.
I will also try to test on Firefox / Thunderbird when I get a chance.
