Details

On Mandrake 10.1 (latest stable), Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US;
rv:1.7.2) Gecko/20040804, and calendar for the Mozilla application suite dated 
2004-12-17, the scheduled alerts are only executed if/when calendar is opened. 
Is there some way to have a process run to perform this task at any time without
having to have a calendar window open?  Thanks.
