We need to create a Status Update for 2.18 when we release it.

Attachment: tables of checkins since last set of releases

Here are tables of bugs fixed since the last status update (i.e. since
2.16.7/2.18rc3/2.19.1).  This is all emacsed out of Bonsai results.  I've tried
to keep the format consistent and follow the example of the last status update.

Note that these lists do *not* include any bugs fixed between *right now* and
the releases, which will presumably include the current blockers.

Looks good. The Status Update when released, though, definitely needs to say
something about our new "supported time" policy. Perhaps that can be Dave's
section?
