For some pending chrome registry work and possibly for roaming, we need a
directory service key for the profile dir even before it has been started or
after it has been shutdown. Simple patch to implement forthcoming.

Shouldn't the define be where the other defines are? We already have 2 files
defining them, and that's already 1 too much IMO. OTOH, you could say that it's
a backdoor and doesn't need to be published, and I'd be fine with just using the
string literal in my code. At least I'd document why you added that, though.
