27779 - Strings missing in .dtd and .properties files

While doing localization work in Swedish I've noticed a couple of unlocalizable 
strings missing in the .dtd and .properties files:

1.
Dialogs and forms not l10n-proof:
Start Mozilla while not connected to the Internet:
Dialogbox shows : "www.mozilla.org could not be found...". The title of the 
dialog is "Alert" and can't be localized. (This seems to be general for the 
"Alert" messages)

2.
Bookmarks->Manage Bookmarks->...select a bookmark...->delete bookmark
Dialog shows: "Delete the selected bookmark(s)". This one (nor the title: 
"Confirm")can't be localized.

3.
Tasks->Addressbook->New Card
Title of the form "New Card for" can't be localized.

4.
Search->Search the Internet
In the lower search result frame "Netscape - Search" is shown, this one can't be 
localized.

5.
Tasks->Composer
The second toolbar: "Title" and "Author" can't be localized.
The third toolbar:"B"(Bold),"U"(Underscore),"I"(Italic) can't be localized.  	
  
6.
Tasks->"Update Notifications" can't be localized.

7.
New->Message->Alternative->Save Copy->"Local folders" can't be localized, not 
the subfolders either i.e: "Trash", "Sent", "Drafts", "Templates", "Unsent 
Messages"

8.
These document status messages (while surfing the Internet) can't be localized: 
"Transferring data from..." and "Resolving host...".

After fiddling around with the final M14 release I found some additional 
goddies. I post them here cause this is a placeholder (?) for non-localizable 
strings.

Composer:
1. New->Message: Title: "Compose (no subject)" can't be localized.

2. New->Message: status message displays: "Document: Done" and can't be 
localized.

Prefs:  
3. Composer--|
		 |--Editing (preftree): "Key Mappings" can't be localized.

Addressbook:
4. New->Addresscard: Add To: "Personal Address book" can't be localized. This 
default personal address book should be made localizable.

5. Edit->Edit Card...:Title of the form is "Card for XXXX XXXX", this can't be 
localized.

6. New->Address book: Title says "New Address Book" and can't be localized.

Mail&News:
7. Tasks->Mail...(in Mail choose)...Edit->Account Settings: "Local Folders" 
can't be localized.

8. Tasks->Mail...(in Mail choose)...Edit->Account Settings: "Outgoing (SMTP) 
Server" can't be localized.

9. Tasks->Mail...(in Mail choose)...Edit->Account Settings: if you have created 
a mail account using the Wizard, your mail account has two preference tabs:
Copies and Folders: "Place a Copy in: Sent/Drafts/Inbox etc...  on xxxxxx(your 
account name)". "Sent/Drafts etc on xxxxx" can't be localized.

Navigator: 
12. Character Sets can't be localized. The Character Sets menues in the other 
components (Composer, Messenger) can be localized though.

Since the new sidebar tabs were introduced a week or so ago, they can't no 
longer be translated.

We're talking about the default tabs here: "What's related", "Search", 
"Tinderbox" (well I don't mind about this one) and "Bookmarks". This is a quite 
essential requisite for a good localization.

I think all items are OK now. The ones that are still a localization problem are
covered by other bugs.

The one that is left is this one:

Search->Search the Internet
In the lower search result frame "Mozilla - Search" is shown, this one can't be
localized.

M16 has been out for a while now, these bugs target milestones need to be 
updated.

The "Alert" , "Confirm" , "Prompt" , "Username and Password", "Password" ,
"Select"  dialog problem are hard coded string in
mozilla/xpfe/appshell/src/nsWebShellWindow.cpp
Someone need to externalize them into String Bundle.

already another bug addressing the issue.
