unlike mozilla firefox seems to autogenerate pluginreg.dat at every startup.

There should be a message at the top of the file for ppl like me that gives a
warning and tells what to do instead.

Example1: "Generated File. Do not edit. Place a link to the plugin file into the
plugins/ directory instead."

Example2: "Generated File. Do not edit. Your changes will be lost. Refer to
http://plugindoc.mozdev.org/faqs/ instead."

Reproducible: Always
The file format is stable, no changes can be made at this point.
