Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Compose a new message. 2. In the composition window, go to Format -> Page Colors and Background 3. Choose a link, active link, and visited link other than the defaults 4. Create a hyperlink in the message body Actual Results: Hyperlink appears in the global default color (i.e. blue for unvisited link) Expected Results: Hyperlink appears in the color specified.

By "previewed" I assume you mean the message as shown in the composition window. That is true; reproduced with TB 1.0 and Moz 1.8a6-0105, Win2K. Odd that I couldn't find a dupe, this seems a pretty easy symptom to notice.
