In a composition window of Thunderbird 1.0, settings in "Page Colors and
Background" setted for the message do not effect the output of links in the
previewed message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compose a new message.
2. In the composition window, go to Format -> Page Colors and Background
3. Choose a link, active link, and visited link other than the defaults
4. Create a hyperlink in the message body

Actual Results:
Hyperlink appears in the global default color (i.e. blue for unvisited link)

Expected Results:
Hyperlink appears in the color specified.

By "previewed" I assume you mean the message as shown in the composition window.
That is true; reproduced with TB 1.0 and Moz 1.8a6-0105, Win2K. Odd that I
couldn't find a dupe, this seems a pretty easy symptom to notice.
