When viewing a PDF from FF1.0 using Adobe Reader 6.0.2, i wanted to bookmark the
PDF. On pressing Ctrl+D for bookmarking the page, i get Adobe Reader's 'Document
Properties' window instead of 'Add Bookmark' window of FF.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a PDF from FF
2. Press Ctrl + D
3.

Actual Results:  
I get Adobe Reader's 'Document Properties' dialog

Expected Results:  
I should get 'Add Bookmark' dialog of FF.
