Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://zcorpan.1go.dk/firefox-bugs/object-alt-content.html (Or any
other page that has an image marked up as an OBJECT with some alternate text.)
2. Uncheck "Load images" in Options > Web features.
3. Reload the page.
Actual Results:  
No alternate text replaced the OBJECT.

Expected Results:  
The alternate text ("Style" in this case) should replace the OBJECT.
