From the sparse description I'm suspecting that this is bug 23530.
Me too, although we still have problems. The thread pane still seems to forget
what's selected, even though the message pane shows the correct message. cc'ing
putterman

I'm sure it's a dup also.  23530 wasn't marked fixed until yesterday so I'm not 
sure what build it's showing up in.
ok, somehow the mozilla browser and/or bugzilla ate the description I typed in.  
I swear, I added a full description to this.

I was using a debug build pulled 10:00pm last night, on WinNT.

It appeared to be a painting problem.  If I obscured the window, the message 
entries would get repainted.
Time to reopen 23530.  I'm going to dup this.
