Holding down the wheel button does not enable the autoscroll function in FireFox
1.0 for Mac.  This occurs whether the wheel button is set as Option-Click or
Mouse Button #3.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Enable AutoScroll feature in Preferences pane of FireFox
2) Use a multibutton mouse (Logitech MX1000) with middle button set to either
Option-Click or Mouse button #3
3) Hold down mouse and try to move it up and down
Actual Results:  
The page does not autoscroll.

Expected Results:  
The page should autoscroll as it does in Windows Firefox.
It works with Fix of bug151249 in trunk. 
However, the scroll is very awkward...
