I find the "collected addresses" feature of the email client to be very useful.

I lose people's email addresses all of the time.

I would find it more useful if more then one copy of an email address did not
get stored in the collected address book.   I would also be nice if it was smart
enough to not put addresses in collected address book that already exist in
permanent address books.
