When display resolution is changed bookmarks menu failes to properly resize. Personal toolbar also has the same problem.

Start Mozilla with resolution 1280x1240. Maximize window, switch to 1024x768
(fox example). The main window resizes and remains maximized. Click on bookmark
menu. Observe bookmarks beyond bottom part of the screen. Also bookmarks beyind
right edge.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Mozilla in 1280x1024
2.Switch to 1024x768
3.Click ob bookmarks
4. Observe menu that ends beyond bottom and right edge of the screen

Actual Results:  
Can select bookmarks on the bottom of the list

Expected Results:  
Bookmarks menu resizes properly

Same problem with the little menu for excessive personal toolbar items. This
menu is byond the right edge of the screen.
