Details

Mozilla Build 2000-02-16-09M14: NT4
Commercial Build 2000-02-16-08M14: Linux 6.0
Commercial Build 2000-02-16-09M14: Mac 8.5.1

Overview: After a Cut or Copy, type Ctrl+V to paste and the output is
duplicated.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Type some text (i.e. Hello)
2. Highlight the text
3. Select Edit|Cut (or Edit|Copy)
4. Type Ctrl+V to paste

Actual Results: Notice that Hello appears twice! (i.e. HelloHello)
This happens on all the platforms. What is interesting on Linux is that
if I use Alt+V then it pastes hello once but if I use Ctrl+V then it duplicates.

Expected Results: Ctrl+V should paste the contents once.
The same problem occurs using Mail/Composer.
