They are missing in Firefox. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.got to www.msn.com 2.thats all 3. Actual Results: Bug occured as described Expected Results: Shown the back and next buttons so all headlines could be viewed.

MSN has a page designed for Internet Explorer and another designed for all other browsers. MSN purposefully designs features that are only available to users of Internet Explorer.

I actually got the same result in IE 6 + a graphical error... But about the buttons, this is most probably done on purpose. So marking it INVALID or Tech Evangelism is the solution.
