Build: Linux 2000021708 commercial On the mail compose window, the input area for the 2nd recipient's email address is not in the right location. Steps of reproduce: 1. Select Tasks | Mail to bring up messenger. 2. Click on New Msg to bring up the mail compose window. 3. Enter the first recipient's email address and hit Enter key. You'll see the input area for the 2nd recipient's email address jumps up to higher part of the window.
I have the same problem with Window NT and a debug build from this morning. Reassign to buster, cc'ing hyatt

when did this last work correctly?
it was working yesterday with a debug build pulled around noon
Keywords: beta1
Nominating for Beta1. Affects anyone who tries to enter more than one email address when addressing a mail message. High frequency, bad result.
Could be a XUL issue - I'm examining it now.
Note that after hitting enter and you type a 2nd (or nth) address in the missplaced widget, you can get it to go to the correct location by resizing the window or simply mousing over the input widget. David (or anyone else): In the JS, I follow into awAppendNewRow() (in addressingWidgetOvlerlay.js), then asGetIntputElement is called. How is the ender widget placed in the new tree cell? That's where I would suspect the problem exists.
