Change Format menu to agree with UE spec

Details
We need changes to get our menus in good shape:
Change "Style" to "Text Style"
Move "Align" item to be just after "List..."
Change "List Properties..." to "List..."
Fix accesskeys.
Instead of trying to explain everything here, it's probably better to refer to
the spec at http://gooey/client/5.0/specs/composer/Ender_Menus.html

Are we considering getting our menus correct important for Beta1?
Remember, these are, safe, simple, completely XP changes to just spelling and
the DTD file for accesskeys.
