with 2000021708, with MacOS 8.5-ja: MAC ONLY

1. Select View | Character Coding

RESULT: There are no checkmarks in character coding menus. Menus work, for 
charset selection, autoselection, etc. But default or selected items are not 
checked.
This bug already exists and it's more general: radio menus do not work on Mac.
