Here's the Traditional Chinese locale, tested in Sunbird 0.2, Calendar
2005011112 in Firefox and Thunderbird. Please add it in next version of Mozilla
Calendar and Sunbird.
"Timezone codes" isn't fully translated, but that's ok for users. (We'll fully
translate the codes next version.)
BTW, if I need fix typo or something else, how do I update? Upload the new file
here?
Thank you.
Reproducible: Always

Hmmm...this *is* important.
You might need to upload it here (for those refs)
and notify Mostafa.

There are a few problems:
1) Tools > Options causes XML Parsing Error (details will be described below)
2) Some dialogs aren't localized, for example, the JavaScript Console and the
About dialog
3) "OK" and "Cancel" aren't localized
4) The menubar items has additional spaces between the item name and hotkey
apostrophes (screenshot will be included below)
=========================================
Problem 1 detail:
Reproducable - Always
Steps - Goto Tools > Options
Expected - The Option window should appear
Result - A windows with yellow background appears, with the following text
displayed:
XML Parsing Error: error in processing external entity reference
Location: chrome://calendar/content/pref/pref.xul
Line Number 9, Column 4:
%calendarPrefsOverlayDTD;
---^
A screenshot is availible at:

Problem 4 detail:
Reproducable - Always
Steps - Click on any menu item
Expected - There shouldn't be any spaces between the menu item name and hotkey
apostrophes
Result - There is an additional space between the menu item name and hotkey
apostrophes
Screenshot:

Screenie description:
The window on the top is Sunbird. I circled some of the additional spaces. Some
spaces aren't circled for comparsion.
The window below is Firefox. Firefox doesn't have this problem. The area that
doesn't have spaces is pointed by small arrows.

1) fixed, thanks
2,3 ) These strings are not included in calendar locale files but toolkit, I
will not translate them untill a) there's a better way to switch language in
Sunbird b) Sunbird/Calendar move to Mozilla L10N Project.
4) Japanese and other locales also have this "bug", not the problem I can help.
Please fire another bug.

Bob,
We have completed our move to using the same localization infrastructure as Firefox and Thunderbird.
Please let me know if you need any assistance getting this locale checked in to /l10n.
