This bug has been apparent on the mentioned URL for a long time now, and appears
to be a Gecko issue as it affects Mozilla, Firefox, Camino, and K-Meleon. The
site does not have a horizontal scrollbar with Internet Explorer, Opera, or Safari.
The issue appears to be the size of the button, which is extending too far
right, causing a horizontal scrollbar to appear when it should not.
Reproducible: Always
