Using Tomcat 5, remote deploying a WAR file.

I upload the WAR file using the html form provided.

Afterwards, I am no longer able to delete my local copy of the WAR file until I
close firefox.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a webpage where you can upload a local file over http
2. Upload your file
3. Try to rename/delete/move your file

Actual Results:  
Cannot delete.
