Expiration dates for cookies aren't in a human-readable format

Details
Go into the cookie manager and look at any cookie. The Expires: date is just a number (possibly a Unix time number?), which isn't very helpful at all. This probably isn't difficult to fix, but I haven't looked at the code at all for it.

Hmm. formatExpiresString is defined, but not used... :) http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/source/browser/components/preferences/cookies.js#457
