Go to www.mugglenet.com.  Approx once a day popups are not being blocked when
you enter the site.  Sometimes it doesn't look as though there are popups to be
blocked, other times firefox says that a popup has been blocked but the popup is
displayed.  I think this comes from fastclick.net

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to www.mugglenet.com
2.Is there a banner at the top of the screen to say popups have been blocked?
3.If yes, check to see if there are popups.



Expected Results:  
Not displayed the popup
