A good part of the files (more than 60% by my estimates) are already fully
translated, since they come directly from the Seamonkey ro-RO lang pack. The
rest of the files contain some translated strings and some untranslated. 
I'm ready to give full support to anyone willing to review the files and
translate the remaining strings.
