Bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=236365 shows that this problem
was fixed back at the beginning of December (and I was skeptical about attention
given to bugs marked fixed) but I just downloaded Firefox 1.0.1 (March 2) and I
still have date issues at the url: ftp://ftp.info-zip.org/pub/infozip/WIN32/
In particular, the 28 Feb 2004 should be 2005 (IE 6 is showing it correctly).

Reporter: Firefox 1.0.1 is already "out-of-date" in development terms, since
it's based on a rather old code branch. Download a trunk build of Firefox and
problem will be gone.
