Description

Using viewer on Linux with anything slower than a 266MHz machine and trying to load www.developer.com can be a painful
experience.

go to developer.com the page looks like it's loading fine. After all the content is layed out Seamonkey then attempts to load the
background image. I get the feeling it's incrementally reflowing the page as it lays out the image which could be why it takes so
long. Win and Mac don't seem to do it this way and they have no problem displaying the background image quickly.

I'm not seeing any of the strange behavior from before (as of Mar23 build) so I'm going to resolve this WORKSFORME. I believe
we can track the 'slow as crap' issue elsewhere.
