Trying to access a binary file through gopher protocol load the file
"as is" to the browser. Fine.

But, the binary file cannot be saved from File => "Save As". The only save
choices are

  *.html
  *.txt

It insists appending a ".html" suffix to the end of filename, while none
is wanted.

Please include "Save raw" when filename does not end to *.html? or *.txt.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.gopher://freeshell.org/00/users/djmoberg/bl3iso.zip (Don't know how long)
2. ... wait .. and ... try saving that file
3. File => Save as offers choice "bl3iso.zip.html"

Actual Results:  
bl3iso.zip.html

Expected Results:  
Save as "binary" is also possible
