User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050303 Camino/0.8+ Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050303 Camino/0.8+ The only way of rectifying the situation was to actually type in the whole URL from Camino manually into Thunderbird 1.X. The same situation did occur in Safari. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to http://www.nytimes.com/services/xml/rss/nyt/HomePage.xml 2. Copy link 3. try to paste it to Thunderbird News and Blogs > manage subscriptions > add rss subscription Actual Results: I typed the long URl manually. Expected Results: Copy and paste the url in Address bar in Camino to the Thnnderbird News and Blogs, add RSS feed.
WFM with Camino 20050303 and Thunderbird 1.0 with copy/paste and drag. What are you copying exactly, what happens when you try to paste, and what happens if you paste into something like TextEdit?
