i am trying to search something within a site using the google toolbar
for example " abc site:google.com "
I expect to have "abc" available to highligh and search in the right side, but
instead of "abc" i have "google.com"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open google
2. type " abc site:google.com "
3.

Actual Results:
i have " google.com" available to search and highlight, instead of "abc"

Expected Results:
put the word "abc"

"search and highlight"? That sounds like you are talking about the Googlebar
extension, which is a separate project, not part of Firefox. Please file bugs on
it at http://googlebar.mozdev.org/bugs.html
