Details
If "http://" is executed from other application(e.g., [Start] -> [Run]),
Mozilla should activate the navigator window that loaded the specified URL.
1. Start Mozilla.
2. Start Composer by Ctrl + E.
3. [Start] -> [Run]
4. Type "http://www.mozilla.org".
5. Type Enter.
Actual Result
The composer is activated.
Expected Result
The navigator should be activated.
This problem is reproduced on Firefox + DOM Inspector too.
