I opened the page in Internet Explorer and when it reached this step it prompted to install an additional plugin "crystal report viewer" through Java. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.attempt to open a page that uses crystal report 2. 3. Actual Results: The page displays background information with out information Expected Results: The page should display crystal report information
does the page use an embed or object tag? My guess is only object tag, ergo activex.
