New state: FEEDBACK When triaging bugs it's often that the information in the bug report is not sufficient to make a resolution and that further feedback from the Reporter is needed, such as a testcase, information on platform details, preference settings, installed extensions/plugins etc. I would like a new state value to resolve the bug to in those situations. Furthermore, I would like the bug to auto-resolve into WORKSFORME/INVALID after a certain time period if there has been no new comment/attachment added after it was resolved as FEEDBACK. The time period can be global or be specified individually per bug when resolving as you see fit. I could probably manage using [feedback] in the Whiteboard (except for the auto-resolve bit) but it seems to me the above situation is quite common so it may warrant its own state value. A separate state also helps in making it clear to everyone what the status of the bug is - it's been looked at but more info is needed - which can be used to avoid those when triaging...

As a workaround, I'd pinpoint bugs needing feedback by a flag. Every once and again, I'd (manually) search for UNCONFIRMED/NEW bugs having that flag set and not having been touched in a certain amount of time. I'd mass-close these WORKSFORME/INVALID.
