when you add a domain to the cookie blocking the affected cookies should be cleared.

Fx you add:
advertising.com
as a blocked cookie domain.
When pressing ok all the affected cookies (ads.advertising.com, advertising.com
etc) should be deleted.

This is also the way IE works.
